住房附早餐（送餐時間：上午7:00～8:00）
入住時請出示身分證件，以供登記，並請付清餘款。
為維護住宿品質，請依房型人數進住。如需加床，請事先告知，每床加收200元附早餐。
為維持住宿品質，室內禁菸，抽煙請到室外，不酗酒，不嚼檳榔。
為維持住宿安寧及衛生，室內請勿帶寵物。
為維護住宿安寧，晚間22：00過後請降低音量，勿大聲喧嘩，避免影響其他旅客權益。

Please present your ID at check-in for registration and please pay the balance of the bill.
To ensure a high quality experience for all guests, please only invite booked guests into your room. If you would like to add guests, please let us know. Each additional bed has a $200 NTD fee, which includes breakfast.
Out of courtesy for all guests, please do not smoke inside. If you would like to smoke, please go outside. During your stay at Hualien Star Villa, please refrain from drinking alcohol and chewing betel nut.
To ensure the cleanliness of the villa, please do not bring pets inside.
After 10:00 pm, please keep your volume low in order to avoid disturbing other guests.
取消訂房：請於住宿日七日前告知，訂金可保留6個月或全退。選擇保留6個月，敬請擇期再訂，逾期恕不退款。三日內取消訂房，退訂金50%。當日取消只能說抱歉不退款。
遇有天災(如颱風、地震、交通中斷)等不可抗利因素，可於住前一天退房，訂金保留半年或全退訂金。
Cancellations: Please inform us at least 7 days prior to your stay. The deposit can be kept for 6 months or full refund. Choose to retain 6 months, please elect to re-set, overdue is not refundable. Cancellation within three days, 50% deposit refund. Cancellation of the day can only say sorry not to refund.
In case of natural disasters (such as typhoons, earthquakes, traffic interruption) and other uncontrollable factors, can check out the day before the deposit, deposit reservations for six months or full refund deposit.
